1) Please check whether the speaker has sufficient battery. When holding the power button, does the indicator light respond?

2) Try charging the speaker for a while. If it still doesn’t power on, please contact customer service for after-sales support.

(2) Unable to pair with a device?

1) Force pairing mode: While the device is off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter forced pairing mode.

2) Clear pairing list: Hold both the volume+ and volume- buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to clear all paired devices.
