a. What should I do if the device is not found, there is no response, and the machine cannot be turned on?

If it is the first time you have used it, please check whether the sticker on the metal contact of the earphone is torn off, and the sticker needs to be completely torn off.

 

If it is not the first time you have used it, and under normal circumstances, the light does not turn on and the power does not turn on. Follow the following methods to deal with it:

  1. Confirm whether the charging compartment and earphones are powered. After opening the battery box cover and turning on the earphones, the indicator lights will be on. If not, charge them on time;

  2. Use an alcohol pad to clean the contact between the earphones and the earphone box;

If none of the above methods can solve your problem, it is recommended to contact the after-sales mailbox.

 

b. What should I do if FW3 only has sound on one side?

If this happens to you, the following methods may help you:

  1. Confirm whether the battery box and the earphone battery are out of power. If it is low, please charge it before using it;

  2. It may be that the left and right earphones are not properly connected. Please try to put the left and right earphones back into the charging box, close the battery box, and then reopen the battery box for 2 seconds before taking out the earphones;

  3. When the earphones on both sides are turned on, press and hold the secondary buttons on both sides to reset, that is clear pairing information.

  1. In the power-on state, press and hold the bump button of the earphone for about 8 seconds, the indicator light of the earphone will flash slowly, and the earphone will enter the pairing state of the left and right ears;

  3. Then the headset enters the process of pairing with the mobile phone, and can be used normally after the pairing and connection are completed.

 

c. FiiO Control APP cannot connect to FW3?

If this happens to you, the following methods may help you:

  1. Confirm whether the FiiO Control version is the latest Android version 3.10 (iOS is 1.19) or above. If the icon displayed by FW3 is a question mark, it is usually an old version;

  2. After deleting FW3 on the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, reconnect;

  3. FW3 clears the pairing and reconnects with the mobile phone: In the power-on state, press and hold the secondary buttons on both sides to reset, that is, clear the pairing information;

  4. Uninstall the FiiO Control App, reinstall it, and try to connect again.
