16. Why my X7 can't get push notifications for updates automatically over-the-air or why its download speed is very slow?

A: It might be caused by several factors:
1. It might because of the limits of the server. When there are too many people on the server, it may slow down the speed or even makes it unable to login to server. 
2. It might be influenced by ambient WiFi signal or influenced by the wireless bandwidth limitations of the WiFi router, regardless of optical network or not.
3. Your X7’s put too far away from the WiFi router, or there is wall/obstacle between the X7 and the router. Or if the X7 and router are put at downstairs and upstairs may also influence the speed.
4. The placed location of the X7 is another factor. Since the X7 is almost full metal shell, expect a small location for the antenna covered by acrylic at the rear. So it may require you to put the X7 back side up, so as to get better signal.


Note: All in all, we might suggest you to put your X7 as close as possible to the router (or choose a router with better performance and wireless bandwidth); when locate X7 on the table, make the screen face the floor and let the antenna to get better signal; or when there is traffic jam on the sever, please kindly wait patiently and try again later.
