1Why does Bluetooth reception not support aptX/AAC encoding?
A: At present, Qualcomm/AAC manufacturers have not provided aptX/AAC receiving codes based on Android platforms, so aptX/AAC receiving cannot be realized for the time being (LDAC receiving will be added in subsequent updates).
2. When inserting the TF card, the status bar prompts which item should be selected to set the TF card?
A: It is recommended that you choose to be a portable storage device (this is also the option if you do not choose the default); If set as an internal storage device, you will be required to format the TF card and can only be used on this device. (If it is set as an internal storage device, OTA upgrade may fail, and this problem will be fixed later)
3and M11 can use Google Play store?
A: Due to Google's policy reasons, GMS authentication is required to use Google Play service after Android 7.0. However, Google has closed the GMS authentication channel before Android 9.0, that is, all devices that have not been GMS authentication and use 7.0 or 8.0 systems will not be able to use Google Play service.
Therefore, M11 cannot use Google Play Store for the time being. If you install some Play Store or Google Play Service downloaded by a third party, there may be some abnormal situations. Please do not install them.
4. What if the machine fails to start or enter the main page?
Answer: You can try to press the power key and the play key at the same time to force reset; If it cannot be solved, you can try to press and hold the next key when the machine is forcibly reset. At this time, you will enter the No commad page, then press and hold the power key and scroll up the volume key to enter the recovery mode interface. At this time, scroll down the volume key to select Wipe date/factory reset, and then press, then press the power button again to start normally.

6How do I install third-party applications such as QQ Music and M11?
A: You can download some third-party application markets such as Kuan and Yingyong Bao in your browser to search and install the applications you need. You can also download relevant. apk files from web pages or computers and then copy them to this computer for installation through ES File Manager.
7. Why can't you use your own Chrome browser?
A: Since the default search engine of Chrome browser is Google, direct search is not available in China. You can change the default search engine to Baidu or other in Chrome settings. Or directly enter the web address you need to use.
8, why can't M11 connect to the computer to read the storage device?
A: M11 uses MTP protocol, and the corresponding MTP driver needs to be installed to identify and display normally.
After connecting M11 to the computer, open the disk named FiiO MTP Driver, Windows the system to copy the files in the Windows folder to the computer, disconnect the link between M11 and the computer, and then double-click the installation to use it normally. The Mac system can use it normally after installing the files in Mac\MAC OS MTP Client.
9and M11 use Apple Music?
A: At present, M11 can normally install and use Apple Music, but it cannot log in when logging in. This problem is the problem of the 7872 platform itself, which has been fed back to Samsung for further processing.
10, what if the song does not have a lyrics cover?
Answer: M11 supports folder covers (pictures named front, cover or folder are placed under the folder), external covers (pictures with the same name as the song are placed in the folder), and embedded covers (the cover is built into the song); If you need to display lyrics, you need to place an lrc lyrics file with the same name as the song under the folder, and click the cover in the playback interface to switch to the lyrics interface.
Feiao Music does not support online matching of lyrics covers. At present, this function is still being further optimized and will be opened after being improved. Currently, you can also use some third-party applications (such as music tags) to adapt lyrics covers in batches. After that, Feiao Music can be displayed normally.
11and M11?
Answer: First of all, M11 does not use additional audio-specific active crystal oscillator, but there is a 26MHz active crystal oscillator on the M11 core board, which is mainly used to provide a stable clock guarantee for the system. As for audio, M11 uses an independent FPGA clock management chip and an independent audio core inside the exynos7872, which can reconstruct the clock through the I2S signal decoded by the main control, the PLL algorithm with the phase-locked loop developed by Feiao can provide accurate audio clock signals for DAC. During the tuning process, we have also compared the sound, electrical parameters and audio parameters of different crystal oscillators on the same system. Of course, no matter what kind of situation, we have specially debugged PLL parameters during the design, so that the output frequency offset and jitter are controlled within a certain range (frequency offset ≤ 50ppm, jitter <500ps).
