11. What to do if my X7 stutters while playing?

A: Firstly, please check the micro SD card you're using with the X7.  It is recommended to use a genuine, brand name Class 10 micro SD card. Secondly, check whether the stuttering is related with problems with a specific song / file.  If problems persist, please contact support@fiio.net for support.
