The ID3 information format of the song is incorrect. Please switch the system language and then update the media library again.

Up to PCM 24bit/192kHz, DSD256.
5. Why doesn't the sound effect change when I switch the EQ?
Please check the source parameters. The EQ only supports sources up to 192k/16bit.
6. Why can't I search after connecting to Bluetooth and clicking search again?
The Bluetooth of ECHO MINI works in a single thread. After pairing, it cannot search again. If you need to re-pair, please delete the pairing record first and then perform the search and pairing.
7. Does Bluetooth only support SBC?
Yes. In this price range, most players do not support Bluetooth. Our ECHO MINI supports Bluetooth and the sound quality is well tuned. If you have high requirements for audio formats, it is recommended to choose JM21. But the price is also higher.
8. Why does the name recognized by the computer change after formatting the disk?
After formatting the disk, the name returns to the default. Please just restart the device.
9. What is the material of the body?
The body of EHCO MINI is made of PC + ABS engineering plastic. Although it is plastic, we have sprayed a metal paint, and the texture is very good.
10. Does the TF card expansion supports up to 256G?
Yes. Limited by the master control scheme, it supports up to 256G TF cards.
11. Is the battery not replaceable?
Yes. ECHO MINI does not have a replaceable battery design in order to install a larger capacity battery. If it is using a replaceable battery, only 450mAh battery could be installed. Without replace-ability, we can install 1100mAh battery for ECHO MINI, which greatly enhances the single-charge battery life.
12. Does it support in-line remote control?
Limited by the hardware scheme, it does not support.
13. Is the tuning retro?
The tuning is relatively neutral, but we will add some retro EQs later.
14. How to update the firmware for ECHO MINI:
1. Unzip the file and copy the HIFIECxxx.img file to the root directory of the ECHO MINI's internal memory. Safely eject the device and restart it to begin the automatic upgrade. 2. 15. ECHO MINI plays a song and shows that the file format is not supported?
1. Confirm whether the format and sampling rate of the song are within the support range of ECHO MINI? You can check the detailed information through System Settings-Music Support list.
2. If the format is within the support range, please confirm the download channel of the song, whether it is an encrypted type of flac format downloaded through the platform. Due to the encryption operation of the platform on the songs, the downloaded songs are not standardized enough after converting the format through online conversion tools, and some songs will be unsupported. These songs can be re-converted by Foobar to support normal format. Foobar conversion method: import the song into the playlist - right-click on the song and select Convert - convert to the desired format can be.

17. Does the ECHO MINI support fast forward and rewind function?
The fast forward and rewind function has been added since FW1.4.0.
The cover display and fast forward and rewind functions can be enabled in the music settings.
