13. How to use the local playback mode in K15?

1.Connect a USB flash drive to the [USB A] port on the rear panel of the K15. Rotate the menu knob and switch to [LOCAL PLAY] mode.

2.Slide left on the screen, you can enter the mode switching page. Click [Browse Files] to find the corresponding track you want to play.

3.Slide right the screen, you can enter the menu settings page. Click [Play settings] to set the playback mode and resume mode.

4.K15 output setting: switch to the corresponding output port according to the interface used, switch to [PO] or[PO+PRE]for the front panel, switch to[PO+PRE], [PRE] or [LO] for the rear panel.

USB Port Compatibility

Only the USB-A Port supports USB flash drives for local playback.

Supported Audio Formats

Supported: WAVE, MP3, FLAC, APE, WMA.

Unsupported: OGG format, CUE sheet parsing (no track splitting).

Storage Device Compatibility

USB Flash Drives: Tested up to 512GB capacity.

External Hard Drives: There is no limitation to the capacity of the hard disk theoretically. According to engineer’s test, maximum support up to 12T. The USB A port output current is 500mA, so it is recommended to connect the hard disk to external power supply. And please back up the files before use, so as not to damage the contents of the hard disk.
