2.What should I do if the K13 R2R is abnormal?

[No sound, noise, unable to boot, indicator light off, etc.]

You can try the following methods to help you solve the problem:

1. Restart K13 R2R;

2. Re-plug the power cord.

3.Check whether the AC/DC power supply is connected correctly. Check whether the AC/DC switch is selected correctly for the corresponding position. For AC power supply, please toggle the AC/DC switch to AC and turn on the AC IN switch. For DC power supply, please toggle the AC/DC switch to DC and use 12V power supply instead of other power supply like 9V or 15V.

[Over-current protection]

K13 R2R doesn't have over-current protection mechanisms but have overload and over-temperature mechanisms.

When overload mechanism is triggered, the display will show OVERERR.

When over-temperature mechanism is triggered, the display will show TEMPERR.

After the protection is triggered, you must turn off the power to restore it. You can turn it off and then on through the knob, or replug the power supply to restore it.

If the issue remains after restart, it means that the device may have a hardware problem. Please contact the seller or support@fiio.com about that.
