What to do if the unit won’t turn on?

1.Check whether the unit’s voltage rating is correct. The WARMER R2R is available in two voltage specifications: 110‑120V and 220‑240V.

2.Check whether the power button on the front panel is being pressed properly.

3.Check whether the fuse inside the AC socket is blown. If the fuse has blown, replace it with the spare fuse provided in the accessory pack.

What to do if the UV meter needle doesn’t move?

1.Confirm that the input mode is set correctly. The front panel knob—OPT, COAX, USB—corresponds to three input modes: optical, coaxial, and USB.

2.There may be a software bug. Try switching the input mode back and forth once, or power off and restart the unit.
