9. How to upgrade the firmware for FIIO EH11？

The firmware of EH11 could be upgraded via FiiO Control APP, supporting both online and local upgrades.

The upgrade steps are as follows:

1. Please confirm that the latest version of FiiO Control APP is installed on your phone. If not, you can download and install it through the APP market of your mobile phone.

2. Both Android and Apple devices support firmware upgrades. Pair and connect the EH11 with your mobile phone via Bluetooth. Open the FiiO Control APP, add and select EH11. The APP will automatically detect the latest version of the firmware when the mobile phone is connected to network. If the EH11 is already in the latest version, the new firmware window will not pop up. You can also perform the upgrade at settings - firmware upgrade-Local upgrade. Note: When using the APP for the first time, you need to authorize the corresponding permissions to the APP before you can search for and add products.

Detailed steps:

Online Upgrade: You don't need to download the firmware file. The APP will automatically detect the latest version of the firmware when the mobile phone is connected to network.

Local Upgrade: You would need to download the latest firmware for the corresponding model from the Fiio official website first.

1.Copy the firmware file to the mobile phone.

2.Go to the APP, click Settings-Local Upgrade, select the downloaded new firmware, and proceed with the upgrade. Note: The APP will not automatically search for firmware. You need to manually find the path of the copied and downloaded latest firmware.
