How to reset？

When you encounter some abnormal problems, such as jamming, etc., you can try to poke the reset hole with the card pin in the power-on state. When you hear the sound of the button, it means the reset is successful.

Does ECHO support in-line remote?

Yes, it does.

Why does the recognized name change on my computer after formatting the ECHO's disk?

After formatting, the name reverts to its default. Simply restart the device, and the name will be restored.

Does ECHO only support up to 256GB TF card expansion?

Yes, due to limitations of the main control chipset, it only supports TF cards with a maximum capacity of 256GB.

What material is the ECHO body made of?

The body of the ECHO is made of aluminum alloy. It is available in four colors: Starry Night Black, Cosmic Orange, Astral Green, and Celestial Blue.
