Why can't some stations be searched?

The distance between the radio and the station is too far, which can lead to degraded quality of the received signal or even cause poor signal reception.

Another possibility is the presence of signal interference in the surrounding environment, which may prevent the radio from receiving signals properly.

Note: Since RR13 is using a wheel tuning mode, tuning and feel have a lot to do with. Carefully and slowly tuning will bring more surprises!

How to use the AMP function?

The AMP (headphone amp) function requires a dedicated Type-C digital-to-analog audio cable to work.

Why is a DAC cable not included?

The DAC cable cost is relatively high. The RR11 came with a DAC cable, but many users ended up not using it, leaving the cable unused or discarded. This unnecessarily increased the purchase cost for those users.

Therefore, the RR13 does not include a DAC cable. If you need to purchase one, please contact your seller or FIIO official customer support, or purchase a third-party compatible cable.

Why is amplification not effective in AMP mode?

To balance the reception effect, sound quality, and speaker output, we have adjusted the amplification of the AMP mode. When the same input signal is used, priority is given to achieving better speaker output performance, while the headphone output volume is slightly reduced.

Why doesn't the stereo indicator light up when charging?

The frequency of the radio is 76–108MHz and is highly susceptible to interference. When charging, the switching power adapter also operates near the FM frequency and can interfere with the FM radio signal.

Therefore, if you need to use while charging, please try to use charging devices with less interference such as rechargeable power bank and linear power supply. Or adjust to the radio stations with greater signal strength.

Can I use a headset other than the standard one?

Yes, you can use any headphones with a 3.5mm plug.

Why is BASS + 3D not effective?

Because the 3D effect is weakened if the BASS is enhanced.

BASS sound is better when it is turned on.
