How to restore factory settings?

1.When in BLUE (Bluetooth) Mode, long-press the Stop button to restore factory defaults.

2.If in other modes, long-press Stop to jump to BLUE Mode, then long-press Stop again to perform factory reset.

No sound when plugging headphones during playback?

Please confirm your headphones are plugged into the 3.5mm audio OUT jack, not the AUX IN input jack.

Firmware upgrade fails?

1.Confirm the upgrade file has been renamed to 【FW5000】.

2.USB flash drives with capacity ≤32GB: Please format to FAT32 using native Windows formatting tools.

3.USB flash drives larger than 32GB: Please use partition software for formatting prior to upgrade.

CD ripping fails?

1.Confirm the USB drive and charging cable are connected to the correct USB-C ports: USB drive connects to USB REC port; charging cable connects to POWER IN port.

2.Enhanced CD formats are currently unsupported for ripping.

3.Ensure the USB drive is formatted to FAT32.

Gapless playback fails?

1.Not all discs support gapless playback.

2.Enhanced CD formats are incompatible with gapless playback.
