16. Firmware upgrade instruction

MCU Firmware Upgrade

1.Extract the upgrade file to obtain the UPD file, save it on a FAT32 USB drive, and rename the file to 【FW5000】.

2.Insert the USB drive into USB REC port and connect power cable to POWER IN.

3.Switch to USB Mode and wait for automatic recognition. A "UPOK" display confirms successful upgrade; power cycle the unit for changes to take effect.

CD Drive Firmware Upgrade

1.Extract the upgrade file to obtain the CDP file, save it on a FAT32 USB drive.

2.Insert the USB drive into USB REC port and connect power cable to POWER IN.

3.Enter CD Mode, long press Play/Pause until screen shows CdUP. Wait for automatic upgrade; "UPOK" confirms completion. The unit restarts disc reading automatically; you may remove the USB drive after upgrade.

Important Warning: Do not disconnect the USB drive or power cable during the upgrade process, as this may permanently damage the device.
