2. What should I do if the QX11 has an abnormal issue?

The following are some other abnormal prompts that may appear on the QX11:

1.When the screen displays "Output Abnormal," the device will stop outputting. Please disconnect the USB power and unplug the headphones, then reconnect the USB power and plug in the headphones to use it again.

2.When the screen displays "Over Temperature," it means the device is abnormally hot.

Please disconnect the USB power and try again after it cools down. It is also recommended to use the desktop amplifier mode in a non-high-temperature environment.

3.When the screen displays "Insufficient Power," it means the current USB port is not supplying enough power, and the output power will be limited.

It is recommended to use an external USB or Estick small battery for power supply.

4.If there is no sound or the device is not recognized

It may be due to poor contact. Disconnect the USB and unplug the headphones, then reconnect the USB and headphones.

5.If the upgrade fails and the device cannot turn on normally, and neither the phone nor the computer can recognize the device,
