9. The CLASS A operates at relatively high temperatures. What should I keep in mind during use?

The CLASS A operates in pure Class A at all times. The power consumption is about 30W when powered on even with no signal. It is normal for the chassis to become noticeably warm. To ensure safe operation and proper heat dissipation, please observe the following:

  1. Maintain ventilation: Do not stack the device or cover the chassis.

  2. Avoid burns: The primary heat dissipation area is located at the bottom of the unit; do not touch the high-temperature warning areas until the unit has fully cooled down.

  3. Recommended rack: When using multiple devices, we recommend using the FIIO Modular Racking metal storage rack. It is compatible with products such as the CLASS A, WARMER R2R, K17 series, and DP11, while providing ample space for heat dissipation.
