1. Our company was originally scheduled to start construction on the 8th of the new year on February 1, but now it is tentatively scheduled to start construction on February 10 (the 17th of the first month);

2. Our community (bbs.fiio.com), support mailbox, Feiao official Taobao store "Guangzhou Feiao Electronics", Tmall store "fiio Feiao Flagship Store", Jingdong store "Feiao Official Flagship Store", WeChat Public Number and other official platforms willwill resume customer service and pre-sales/after-sales consultation from February 2,customer service online time: 9: 00 a.m. -6: 00 p.m., but since most people work remotely at home, please understand if the reply is not timely;

3. During the Spring Festival holiday, users who place orders at Tmall's "fiio Feiao Flagship Store" and Jingdong's "Feiao Official Flagship Store,, we will start to deliver goods to you one after another on February 2,At the same time, the above platforms can place orders and deliver goods normally from February 2 (except for out-of-stock goods);

4.Our domestic agent is also tentatively scheduled to resume normal delivery on February 2, but due to the epidemic situation and personnel impact, the early logistics and delivery time may not be guaranteed;

5.As the maintenance personnel will officially start work on February 10,repair machines for domestic consumers and agents will resume maintenance and express delivery services on February 10;

6.Regarding the registration of M15 and other products,will resume registration from February 2 and arrange delivery for everyone one after another. Users who have registered the information of drying orders before the Spring Festival holiday will also deliver goods one after another from February 2;

7.Feiao's major QQ groups, microblogs, posts, and personal WeChat will also provide various consulting services for everyone before it officially starts on February 10;
