4.E17K not recognized by computer
A: 1. If a computer is connecting with the E17K for the first time, it would read “new device found” and proceed to install drivers for the E17K automatically. Then "LOCK" would appear on the E17K's display, indicating a successful USB connection. These installation prompts won’t appear the next time on the same computer.
2. If a “USB device cannot be recognized” prompt appears on the computer regarding the E17K, pls uninstall "FIIO USB DAC E17K" on Device Manager, then unplug and replug the E17K to reinstall its drivers.
3. If no USB Device prompts appear, pls try changing to a new USB cable, another USB port, or restarting the computer.
